SEED Services for 2025-2026
Welcome to Dorset's SEED Program! We provide extended-day services for families who require before and/or after school services at a cost of $9.70 per day (subject to change). Our morning program runs from 7:00-9:00 a.m. Our afternoon program operates from 3:50-6:00 p.m. Students enjoy a wide variety of activities including arts & crafts, science experiments, sports, games, and outdoor fun..
Statements of account will be emailed at the beginning of each month and can be paid online.
Lunch Services for 2025-2026
The lunch period is between 12:35-1:30 pm. Students eat lunch in their classroom with their lunch supervisor. Weather permitting, the students will then enjoy outdoor fun.
On Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays, Kindergarten will have extended lunch from 12:05-1:30.
Due to allergies, please avoid sending nuts, peanut butter, or look-alike products. Microwaves are not available to heat up lunches. Please remember to send cutlery and water bottles.
The current lunch supervision fee is $2.93 per day and is subject to change.
PED Day Services
Registration forms will be emailed approximately 2 weeks prior to each Ped Day upon request. Please complete the registration form and return it by email to
lgonsalves@lbpsb.qc.ca
prior to the deadline. Late registrations will not be accepted. Priority is given to regular daycare students. Ped Day supervision fees are currently $16.25 (subject to change) plus the activity fee

Attendance Change
If you need to make a change to your current registration, please complete and email your change of reservation request form to lgonsalves@lbpsb.qc.ca. Please allow 2 weeks for all changes to be processed. Changes include starting or leaving the SEED and Lunch Program as well as any change to the days your child attends either program. A maximum of 1 change per month and 3 changes per year will be accepted.
For safety reasons, and to adhere to government ratios, The SEED program does not permit drop-ins.
